Use of the OliviaPicks platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are legal residents of the United States. By using the platform, each visitor represents that they meet these eligibility requirements.
Individuals submitting property inquiries represent that they have the legal authority to sell or transfer the subject property, or are acting under the direction of a person with such authority.
All information submitted through the platform must be truthful, accurate, and complete to the best of the submitting party's knowledge. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in disqualification from receiving an offer and may void any offer previously extended.
OliviaPicks reserves the right to verify information submitted and to withdraw any offer found to have been based on inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the submitting party.
Submitting a property inquiry or receiving a cash offer through OliviaPicks does not create any obligation to accept the offer or proceed with a sale. The submission process is entirely preliminary and non-binding until a formal purchase agreement is signed by all relevant parties.
Property owners retain full discretion to decline any offer, request a revised offer, or withdraw their inquiry at any stage before a formal agreement is executed.
All content on the OliviaPicks website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the intellectual property of OliviaPicks or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without express written permission is prohibited.
Visitors may access and view website content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires prior written consent from OliviaPicks.
OliviaPicks makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content or service provided through the platform. The platform is offered on an "as-is" basis.

This arbitration clause does not prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
OliviaPicks reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided by updating the effective date at the top of this document. Material changes may also be communicated directly to registered users.
Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the responsibility of each visitor to review this document periodically.
